KiK3D overviewKiK3D stands for Kółko i Krzyżyk 3D (which is "tac-tac-toe 3d" in Polish). It is a simple game created using Qt 4.1+. It does not use OpenGL or any other 3D programming library. All transformations are own-implemented. Standard algorithms and data structures were used. Code is generally written, so it can be used to process game of any amount of players on cube with theoretically unlimited side length. However to we decided to provide game for 1 to 4 players on a 3x3x3, 4x4x4 or 5x5x5 game board. This is because of playability reasons. Game with computer is also possible but at this moment he makes random moves only (artificial neural networks are planned to be used to provide some AI for this game as "if-coded" intelligence would be a mess). Some documentation in Polish and screenshots are available. You can also download the source of Kik3D is it is whole free-of-charge. You are welcome to reuse this code. We only ask to e-mail us if you do so. Any comments about this site are also appreciated.
